There are two ways to register for Chardham Yatra, online and offline. For everyone undertaking this pilgrimage, it is mandatory to get registered for the yatra.

Chardham Yatra Online Registration

Unlike in 2025, online registration for Chardham Yatra is not required separatetly from Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management Board website.

As per new Chardham Yatra SOP on 06 Oct, Pilgrims do not require e-pass for Chardham Yatra. Only Registration in Smart City Portal is needed which can be done online at www.smartcitydehradun.uk.gov.in

Also, for puja, path, aarti, bhog and accommodation booking, you need to register in advance from Devasthanam website.

For registration, all you need is a valid Indian Mobile Number. You need a working mobile/email For e-verification process (through One Time Password). You would also require to provide your Aadhar number and a valid address proff ID during registration.
