Dedicated to Lord Brahma, the Brahma Temple in Pushkar is the only Brahma mandir in India. The divine place is significant as the country’s only temple of Lord Brahma. It is situated near the holy Pushkar Lake in Rajasthan. Construction of the renowned Brahma Temple, Pushkar, started a long time back in the 14th century. Being given a North Indian temple design with the whole structure in marble, the temple looks quite captivating. The temple stands on a high podium and is ornamented by an image of Hans and a red spire at the entrance. History of Brahma Temple

It is believed that Brahma Temple was initially constructed by Sage Vishwamitra and renovated numerous times under Adi Shankara. It was made up of marble and enormous stones. The 70-foot-high red Shikara and the symbol of the Swan are the best features of this Brahma Temple. Moreover, you will spot the walls and marble studded with silver coins by devotees, with their names etched on them as offerings.

How to Reach Brahma Temple
