Delhi has always been a major attraction for people from all around the city. While Hindus are in majority but Muslims also form a major chunk of the population of the country’s capital. The city is home to some of the most beautiful mosques (Muslim Shrines) in India. Most of these religious places of Muslims have an architecture that is inspired by Islamic and Indo-Saracenic architectural styles. Although mass prayers are organized in these mosques on every Friday but they are visited by people of other religions as well on festivals like Eid-ul-Zuha (Eid-ul-Adha) and Eid-ul-Fitr.
