- By Train: Guwahati Railway Station is the closest and 150 km from Mawlynnong. The station offers regular trains and is connected with all the major cities of India. You can take a shared taxi or a private cab for onward journey.
- By Road: You can drive from Shillong and Guwahati, which will take 4-5 hours to reach. Even state buses and private cabs are available from Guwahati to Shillong, and then hire local transport to reach the waterfall.
