The national park office at Dudhwa offers certain vehicles on rent for sightseeing and safari inside the park. The tourists can hire jeeps and coaches to go for a safari inside the park and travel the whole area of the park. People can be guided according to the rules of the park, which core area they should not intrude in.
Rides on elephant are also available for viewing wildlife in Dudhwa. The elephant rides are eco-friendly and it is easier for the people to spot animals from the elephant back in the morning and the evening. Various rest houses which offer accommodation at Dudhwa, Sathiana, Sonaripur and Kila, can also arrange for vehicles on hire.
The nearest place to Dudhwa National Park is called Palia and the Post Office and Telegraph Office are located here. STD and ISD facilities are available at Palia but Internet cannot be accessed in the surroundings of the reserve forest.
