Suvarnadurg Fort (Harnai Bunder)

Suvarnadurg Fort, also known as Harnai Bunder, is placed off the tranquil and enchanting Harnai coast.  This small sea fort was erected by Great Maratha ruler, Shivaji to keep Sindhi attackers at bay. From a past few years, this fort has been converted into a ship-building port although a major part of the fort is now in ruins. A proof of Maratha architecture, this fort is a popular attraction of the region.

Anjarle Beach

Located quite close to the clean Ajarle village close to Harnai, Anjarle beach is an unspoilt and serene beach that has white sand and is dotted with palm trees. Enjoy a picnic at the beach with your loved ones and indulge in a leisure walk here, admiring the tranquility. It is not only a well-known beach of the area but also is home to the famous Kadyawarcha Ganpati temple. This temple is flocked by devotes all round the year.

Durgadevi Temple

A very popular temple of the Konkan belt, Durgadevi Temple is placed in close proximity to the Harnai beach. Dedicated to Durga Devi or the Goddess Mother, this temple was erected way back during the 18th century. Boasting of an amazing architecture, the temple has intricately carved 28 wooden pillars. There is also a pond behind the temple used for various kinds of rituals.

Siddhi Vinayak Ganapati Temple

Near Harnai in Dapoli, Siddhi Vinayak temple is an ancient temple, which was commissioned during the reign of Madhavarao Peshwa, somewhere in the 18th century. The temple is dedicated to Lord Ganesha and houses a beautiful marble idol of the Lord. There is a lake in the front of the temple, another attraction. Otherwise also quite popular, the temple bustles with activity during the Vinayak Chaturthi festival.
