On the entrance arch, visitors can also find carvings of peacocks, elephants and tigers. There also are shrines of Padmavathi, Mahishasura, Fort Deity and other Gods. In 1759, a Ganesh Temple was also built in front of the sweet water well.

Situated at an altitude of 900 ft on a hill, one has to climb around 5000 well-paved stairs. The temple premises include various small temples. The idol of the main deity is of 54 ft in height.
