The rates for lunch & dinner will depend on the menu worked out for the wedding and rest of the events. The Chef will be happy to work out a special menu based on your preferences.
Set Up & Décors (Basic & it goes on as per your requirement):
- This is the availability as of date for rooms and is subject to change. We will only be able to confirm rooms once you have made a token payment as advance for the blocking.
- Please note all decor and entertainment will be organised by us as per your budget and requirement.
- Please note venue charges will be applicable if décor and entertainment will be out sourced.
- All transportation, if required, will be taken care by us on actual charges to be paid by you.
- All liquor and other beverage will be charged separately as per consumption, outsourcing of liquor will not be entertained because of government regulation.
- Banquets bottle rate and menu will be forward you soon as on request of preference.
- Public Performance License is a must for a D.J. sound system. As per the Supreme Court instructions, loud music is not permissible after 10:00PM.

Advance and Cancellation Policy:
- A token advance of 50% (non-refundable) of the total amount to block the dates is a must, other- wise rooms will not be held on confirmed basis.
- Full Payment to be made 15 days prior to the arrival/function, failing which we will not be in position to arrange for wedding/event.
- In case of cancellation at any given point of time entire amount will be forfeited as cancellation charges. Hotel reserve the right to forfeited the amount and release the function in case the deposits to arrange for wedding/event are not made as per schedule.
- Please note applicable taxes subject to change as per government regulation.
- Please note all payment to be made should be net of all bank charges or debit/credit card charges.
- All extra's to be paid for before check-out, we will not be able to extend any kind of credit.
