By Air – Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport is the main airport to reach Sarnath. It is well-connected with prominent Indian cities like Delhi, Gaya, Lucknow, Mumbai, Khajuraho, and even Kathmandu, Nepal’s capital. Once you reach, Sarnath is nearly 24 km away from the airport.
