The evening is scheduled for Ganga Aarti, on the banks of the River Ganges. Admire the site when the shadow of thousands of lighted lamps falls in the river's flowing holy waters. The whole atmosphere becomes peaceful. Stay overnight in Haridwar.

Day 2: Haridwar to Joshimath (277 km/ 8 hours)

We'll travel to Joshimath today. First, stop along the road at Devprayag, Rudraprayag, and Karnprayag. Devprayag is one of the Panch Prayags of the River Alaknanda, which merges with the River Bhagirathi. Rudraprayag is where the River Alaknanda and the River Mandakini meet (the confluence of the Rivers Alaknanda and Pindar). Check into the hotel as soon as you arrive in Joshimath. You can spend the night exploring the area if time and energy allow.

Day 3: Joshimath to Auli (7 km/ 0.5 hour)

Auli is one of the premier skiing resorts in India. If you do not want to travel by road, the other choice is to take the cable car ride (at your own cost). On arrival, complete the check-in. After that, you can enjoy skiing on the slopes of Auli with the help of the resort's instructors. Overnight stay in Auli or Joshimath.

Day 4: Auli

On a full-board basis, you can go skiing at Auli after breakfast. You will have access to skiing gear. You will receive complete support if you are a newbie. A panoramic view of the high Himalayan peaks may be seen from the ski slopes.

Visit Gurso Bugyal (Trek only), a lovely place from which you can take in breathtaking views of Trishul Peak, Dron Parvat, and Nanda Devi. Adding to its attractiveness is the surrounding greenery, which makes it appear even more captivating. The pristine lake Chattrakund, with its ethereally brilliant blue waters, is located nearby. One of the highest man-made lakes in the world, the Auli Artificial Lake is another significant sight you may visit while in Auli. Dinner: Stay the night at Auli.

Day 5: Auli to Kasauni (195 km/ 6 hours)

Set out for Kausani via road in the morning. When you get to Kausani, check into a hotel and relax. You might stop by Anashakti Ashram, Chai Bagan, or Kausani's aromatic tea farm. Wander about here. Admire the views of the Himalayan mountain ranges at sunset. Stay the night and have dinner.

Day 6: Kausani to Mukteshwar (93 km/ 4 hours)

Go directly to Mukteshwar on day 6 of the journey. Stop at the lovely town of Bhowali en route. When you arrive, check into a hotel and relax. Explore the area afterward and visit Mukteshwar Dham to see the Shiva Temple. See the sunset over the snow-capped peaks in the evening. Return to the hotel for dinner after the sightseeing tour.

Day 7: Mukteshwar to Bhimtal to Nainital

On the 7th day, after breakfast, leave by road for Bhimtal. On the way, visit Ghorakhal, Naukuchiatal, and Sattal. As you arrive at Bhimtal, you can relish bird watching and boating.
