Itinerary Detail

Day 1:

Delhi – Haridwar (240 km/ 4.1 hours)

Arrive at Delhi Airport, where you’ll meet our representative, who’ll provide you with an assisted transfer to Haridwar. Upon reaching, complete the check-in procedure and relax. Further, if time permits, enjoy the sightseeing covering Har-ki-Pauri, Daksha Mahadev Temple, Bilkeshwar Mahadev, Anandmai Ashram,  Vaishno Devi Temple, Doodhadhari Temple & Bharat Mata Mandir.

In the evening, enjoy the ‘Ganga Aarti’ after sunset and soak in the divine atmosphere. Afterward, retreat to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay. 

Day 2:

Haridwar – Rishikesh (25.2 km/ 0.8 hours)

After breakfast, complete the check-out formalities and get on the drive to Rishikesh. En route, visit Chandi Devi Temple, Mansa Devi Temple, Pawan Dham and Bhooma Niketan. Continue with Rishikesh and visit Lakshman (Laxman) Jhula, suspended over the mighty Ganges River.  

Further, visit the Bharat Mandir, an ancient temple founded by Adiguru Shankaracharya. Thereafter, return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3:

Rishikesh – Delhi (240 km/ 4.1 hours)

This morning, after having your morning meal, wrap up with the check-out formalities and get on a drive to reach Delhi from Rishikesh. Once reached, complete the check-in formalities and unwind. Then, the remaining part of the day is at leisure; you can either explore the nearby areas, relish local delicacies, or simply laze around in your room. At night, have dinner, followed by an overnight stay.

Day 4:

Delhi Sightseeing Tour

Today, after your morning meal, the day is scheduled for the Delhi Sightseeing Tour. You’ll be starting with a visit to Red Fort (closed on Monday) and then head towards Qutub Minar, an excellent example of Afghan architecture. 

Further, continue towards the Lotus Temple, known for its lotus-shaped design in marble. Next on the list is Humayun’s Tomb, known as the prototype of the Taj Mahal at Agra. Then, drive past India Gate, a memorial of the Indian Army. Lastly, take a drive to Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple.

At night, have dinner and settle in for the day.

Day 5:

Delhi – Agra (244 km/ 4.3 hours)

Get on the wheels to reach Agra after breakfast. Upon reaching, complete the check-in to a pre-booked hotel and rest for a while. Later, you’ll be taken on a sightseeing tour of the Taj City. You’ll be starting with visiting the timeless beauty of the Taj Mahal (closed on Friday).

Next, visit the red, crumbling walls of the Agra Fort, known as one of the finest architectural styles. Afterward, visit the Itimad-Ud-Daulah’s Tomb or Bbay Taj, known as the first structure in the world made entirely of white marble. 

After a day full of exploration, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6:

Agra – Vrindavan (70.5 km/ 1.6 hours)

Munch your breakfast and head towards Vrindavan by road. En route, halt at Krishna Janmasthan Temple and Dwarkadhish Temple in Mathura. Continue towards Vrindavan; upon reaching, complete the check-in at the hotel and relax. 

Later, visit the Madan Mohan Temple, one of the oldest, and the Radha Raman Temple, known as the beautifully designed temple. In the evening, proceed towards Prem Mandir, also known as the Temple of God’s Love. 

Further, return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay. 

 (The temple opens every day at 6:00 AM for visitors and closes at 11:00 AM and again from 16:00 Hrs to 18:00 Hrs for Arti.)

Day 7:

Vrindavan – Delhi (181 km/ 3.8 hours) – Varanasi (by flight)

Begin your day early and visit the Banke Bihari Temple, one of the popular shrines. (Kindly note that vehicles will not go to this temple; therefore, guests have to walk nearly 2 km or hire an e-rickshaw on a direct payment basis. )

 Afterward, hit the roads to reach Delhi Airport and board the flight to Varanasi from there. Upon arriving at the Varanasi Airport, our travel representative will meet you and escort you to the pre-listed hotel. On reaching, complete the check-in procedure and unwind. At night, have dinner and sleep peacefully. 

Day 8:

Varanasi Sightseeing Tour

Post breakfast, enjoy the local sightseeing of Varanasi. Begin with visiting Kedar Ghat, a revered ghat in Varanasi. Then, head towards Bharat Mata Temple, featuring a vast map of Mother India engraved in marble. Also, visit the Durga Temple, known as the Monkey Temple due to its vast population. 

Further, proceed to the Tulsi Manas Temple, crafted from white marble, which features the entire Ramayana inscribed on its walls. Then, visit the Vishwanath Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva; this temple is the most sacred shrine in Varanasi. Next, visit the Banaras Hindu University and move towards Sarnath, a famous Buddhist site. 

Thereafter, return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 9:

Departure from Varanasi

This is the final day of your 9-day North India Temple Tour. After breakfast, pack your bags and complete the check-out procedure. Then, you’ll get an assisted transfer to the Varanasi Airport to board your flight for the onward destination.
