Angling Tour in Uttarakhand

On arriving at the Delhi airport, meet an IHPL representative who helps you with an assisted transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Spend the rest of the day in doing the activities of your interest- interact with the locals, visit the well-known markers, gorge in lip-smacking street food or shop at the popular markets. In the morning, after breakfast, leave for Jim Corbett National Park by road. Afternoon arrival at Corbett, the oldest national park of India. Complete the check-in formalities. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities- admire the lush green surroundings, embark on a nature walk etc. One of country’s most lush forests, Corbett gets its name from hunter-turned-conservationist Jim Corbett who had an important role in its establishment. Days 3 and 4 of the tour are scheduled for full- day fishing at the meeting point of river Ramganga and its contributory Mandal inside the park. The park has plenty of Golden Mahseer, Indian trout, Gooch or giant cat fish, etc. Anglers from all around the world visit the park to catch these amazing fish species. Overnight in Corbett.

On day 5, after breakfast continue with fishing in various crystal-clear pools of river Ramganga while moving upstream towards Jamur. On arrival, pitch-in your camps for an overnight stay. Your stay in these camps is quite comfortable as they are well-equipped with all kinds of necessities.

Days 6 and 7 of the tour are for angling at various pools in Ramganga River moving upstream towards Vanghat. Later, indulge in fishing at various pools in Vanghat. During fishing, you may also spot herds of elephants quenching their thirst from the river water. Stay overnight in your tents at Vanghat.

Post breakfast on the 8^th day of the tour, leave Vanghat by road to reach Bhikyasen. Pitch-in your tents for an overnight stay. In the afternoon, enjoy fishing in pools in the upper part of Ramganga River. Admire the extreme natural beauty of this part of northern region of India. Stay overnight.

Today, enjoy full day -fishing in various bits of the Upper Ramganga River. You do not only indulge in fishing but also treat your eyes to the surrounding beauty around the river. Overnight in Bhikyasen.

Have breakfast on day 10, in the morning enjoy fishing in the upper part of Ramganga River. Post lunch, leave Bhikyasen to get transferred to Jim Corbett National Park. On arrival, complete the check-in formalities at your lodge. The evening is free for leisure activities. Stay overnight in lodge.

Today is the last day of the tour when you leave for Delhi by road. On arrival, check-in at your hotel. Freshen-up and spend the day at leisure. If you want then you can relax in the comfort of your room or can explore the city. After farewell dinner, get transferred to the airport to board a flight for your onward destination.
