A beautiful hill station and a tiny town near Shimla, Naldhera is renowned for its stunning panorama and fabulous golf course, which is the oldest 9-hole golf course in the country. The idea behind making the golf course was of Lord Curzon as he was so fascinated and mesmerized by the beauty of the place that he decided to build a massive golf course here. Also, he gave his daughter Alexandra, "Naldehra" as her second name.

After exploring the place, head towards Kufri, another hidden gem in the list of Himalayan retreats. The word Kufri derives its name from ‘Kufr’ which means lake. It is especially popular among trekkers. The pleasant climate and stunning natural beauty make Kufri a perfect summer getaway.
