Itinerary Detail
Late evening arrival at the Mumbai International Airport, meet an IHPL representative who helps you with an assisted transfer to your pre-booked hotel for an overnight stay.
On the morning of day 2, get on-time transfer to the airport to board a flight to Rajkot. On reaching Rajkot, hit the road to Gir National Park, popular for being the last habitat of the endangered Asiatic Lions. On reaching, complete the check-in formalities at your jungle lodge. The evening is scheduled for jeep safari into the park, accompanied by a naturalist. Overnight in Gir.
Days 3 and 4 are for morning and evening wild safaris in the national park. During the safaris, you spot animal species such as Four-horned Antelope, Sambar, Wild Boar, Chital, Nilgai, Chinkara etc. The national park also boasts of housing as many as 250 species of birds including peregrine falcon, Pallas's fish eagle, Eurasian griffon vulture, Indian white-backed vulture, white-eyed buzzard as well as endangered ones like Saras crane. Enjoy dinner around bonfire. Treat your eyes to the surrounding lush greenery.
Post breakfast, depart for Gondal by road. It is an erstwhile princely town. On arrival, check-in at your pre-booked hotel. Later, leave for exploring the popular attractions of Gondal including the Naulakha Palace Museum-housing a collection of royal artifacts, Swaminarayan temple – erected by Shastriji Maharaj and the Ayurvedic pharmacy. Later, leave for a tour of the Maharaja's private grasslands where you can spot Blackbuck and blue bulls roaming freely and later the town’s the bird-rich lakes. Overnight stay.

On the 6th day of the tour, you will begin driving towards Dasada after having a scrumptious breakfast. Dasada is known as the gateway to the Little Rann of Kutch. It is famous for Dhrangadhra Sanctuary, a well-known wildlife reserve of the western part of the country. On arriving, check-in at the pre-booked resort. In the evening, enjoy a jeep game safari inside the national park, accompanied by a local guide.

Day 7 is scheduled for morning and evening game safari into the national park. During the safari, you spot animal species such as Indian antelope, blue bull, desert cats, cobra, Indian rat snake, hares, Indian fox, desert fox, hyenas, jackals, etc. The reserve is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, because of its varied biosphere. Overnight in the resort.
Post breakfast, hit the road to Ahmedabad, popular as Manchester of the East'. On arrival, complete the check-in formalities at your hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities.
