Constructed by Lt. Coaker in the year 1872, this one km pedestrian pathway is a like mountain road that is right along the edge of the mountain slopes. It lies around half a km away from the main town and is on its southern side.
The walk along Mount Nebo starts from around Allen hospital and leads the visitors to the main city road, above St. Peter’s Church offering some panoramic views of Pambar River, Dolphin’s nose, Periyakulam and even Madurai. This a must-visit place in Kodaikanal for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts.
