The Open Hand :- One of the most significant attractions in Chandigarh, it is a giant hand built of metal sheets to go around like a weather vane.

The Rock Garden :- Spread over 12 acres of wooded land, the Rock Garden was in fact sculpted out of urban remains by a modest road inspector called Nek Chand. Multicolored shards of china and waste ceramics, coal and other disposables have been turned into imaginative patterns and textures.

Sukhna Lake :- This is an artificial lake created by building a false dam on a seasonal stream. It is a much loved stopping place for various migratory birds flying from central Asia to India.

Rose Garden :- Asia’s largest rose garden is situated in Chandigarh spreading over 30 acres of land. It has nearly 1600 varieties of roses. During the rose festival it is a marvelous sight.
