Mon By Flight

There are no direct flights to Mon, and the nearest airports are Dibrugarh Airport in Assam (129 km away) and Jorhat Airport (155 km away). Dimapur Airport in Nagaland is also the nearest airport to Mon, if you are not getting a flight to these airports, you can also fly to Dimapur. All of them are well-connected with other cities and towns in India. Once you arrive at one of these airports, take a taxi, cab, or bus to reach Mon.

Mon By Train

To travel to Mon by train, there are two train stations, Dimapur railway station and Guwahati railway station. The Dimapur to Mon distance is around 271 km and Guwahati to Mon is around 449 km. They are connected with prominent cities in India and offer a scenic journey. Compared to other railway stations, Mariani Junction and Simaluguri Junction are closer to Mon, but they are less connected to major parts of India. However, if you come from the nearest twon or cities like Guwahati and Kolkata, you will find a lot of trains going to these stations.  Upon arrival, you can take a cab or bus to reach Mon.
