8 Days in Canada Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Vancouver
Your 'Best of Canada Tour' starts with arrival at Vancouver International Airport. Our representative will greet and assist you to your hotel where you will check-in and unwind. Spend the remaining time at leisure. Overnight stay in Vancouver. One of the top cities in Canada, Vancouver will treat you to breathtaking views, outdoor activities, and vibrant city life.
Day 2: Sightseeing Tour in Vancouver
After complimentary breakfast, you will proceed for a full-day Vancouver city tour. It will cover places like Chinatown, English Bay, Gastown, Stanley Park, and Yaletown in downtown Vancouver. Visit the famous Capilano Suspension Bridge and explore the attractions there like Tree Top Adventure, Cliff Walk, and more.
Enjoy the 25-minute ride to the top of Grouse Mountain and witness astounding views. Visit Coola and Grinder, the two orphaned Grizzly Bears, and watch the Lumberjack Show, Birds in Motion, and the Theatre in the Sky. Once the tour completes, come back to the hotel in Vancouver and enjoy a restful sleep.
Day 3: Butchart Gardens & Victoria City Tour
On day 3 of your fabulous Canada tour, wake up for a fulfilling breakfast and then, take a 90-minute cruise through the beautiful Gulf Islands. Witness bald eagles, sea lions, and whales. Visit Butchart Gardens, a group of floral gardens near Victoria that display colorful flowers in its Rose Garden, Sunken Garden, Japanese Garden, Italian Garden, and more.
Next, visit the city of Victoria on a scenic drive along the coast. Ride through the Uplands in Oak Bay, residential areas, and also see the University of Victoria, Beacon Hill Park, Chinatown, and Downtown. Make your way back to the hotel in Vancouver for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Shannon Falls & Whistler Town Tour
Post breakfast set off on a tour to Shannon Falls, located approx. 1 hour away from Vancouver. Drive through the Sea to Sky Highway. It is a picturesque cliffside roadway that offers access to the most gorgeous scenery in British Columbia. Trek to Shannon Falls falls from a whopping height of 335 meters, making it the third tallest fall in British Columbia.
An hour's drive away in the north of Vancouver lies the town of Whistler. It houses Whistler Blackcomb, one of the largest ski resorts in North America. Here, you will have plenty of time to dine, shop, and enjoy the Peak 2 Peak gondola, which offers 360-degree views of Whistler town, lakes, mountain peaks, glaciers, and forests. When the tour ends, return to the hotel in Vancouver and slide under the sheets for a sound sleep.
Day 5: Vancouver - Calgary
The next destination on your West Canada tour is Calgary. So, after complimentary breakfast, check out from the hotel, and leave for Calgary by plane/train. Located in the Alberta province in Canada, Calgary is home to plenty of skyscrapers and is the center of the country's oil industry.
Upon arrival, check-in to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Calgary.
Day 6: Sightseeing Tour in Calgary
Wake up on a fresh new day in Canada and enjoy breakfast. Today, you will explore the city of Calgary. This tour will cover the famous attractions of the city like Calgary Tower, City Hall, Chinatown, Fort Calgary, Eau Claire Market, Stephen Avenue, Devonian Gardens, Stampede Park, and more. Once the tour ends, get back to your hotel and enjoy a cozy sleep.
Day 7: Banff City Tour
Get ready in the morning after breakfast for an excursion to Banff. Located approx. 129 km from Calgary city, Banff is a resort town in Alberta province and is located within Banff National Park. It is known for its restaurants, boutiques, and spectacular skyline.
Drive in the Canadian Rockies through Alberta's foothills into Banff. Here, enjoy the mesmerizing views, interact with warm-hearted people, and visit the souvenir shops. Experience a world of adventure and beauty by hopping on Banff Gondola and reaching the summit of Banff Sulfur Mountain. After a great time at Banff, drive back to the hotel in Calgary and overnight stay.
Day 8: Departure from Calgary
It's time to say goodbye to Canada. After breakfast, check out from the hotel. You will be dropped at the Calgary airport from where you will board a flight back home with unforgettable memories and stories to share with loved ones.
