Itinerary Details
Day 01 Arrival to Almaty
Welcome to Almaty—a City of a thousand colors! After clearing customs & immigration procedures followed by baggage collection, you will meet your representative in the arrival hall. Then, you'll be escorted to your pre-booked hotel in a private vehicle, where water will be served for your comfort during the transfer to the hotel. Upon reaching the hotel, complete the check-in formalities and relax. In the evening, enjoy dinner and then return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 02 Almaty City Tour
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before beginning the Almaty City Tour. At 10:00 a.m., visit Panfilov Park, a picturesque green space in the city's heart. Explore the park's walking paths and admire the stunning Zenkov Cathedral, a masterpiece of wooden architecture. Then, continue to Republic Square, the main square of Almaty, where you can see the Independence Monument and capture beautiful sunset photos. After an eventful day, have dinner before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 03 Shymbulak Ski Resort
After breakfast at the hotel, hit the roads for a journey to Medeu and Shymbulak. Explore Medeu before taking the cable car to Shymbulak, where you'll enjoy spectacular views of the mountains and nature. Further, Shymbulak awaits you with various fun activities, including ice skating and skiing (at additional cost). After that, you can have your lunch followed by a shopping tour. In the evening, return for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04 Shopping day + Kok Tobe
Day 4 of your Almaty tour is scheduled for shopping and Kok Tobe. After breakfast at the hotel, go on a shopping excursion. Visit the bustling Green Bazaar, a vibrant market where locals shop for fresh produce, traditional Kazakh crafts, and souvenirs. Explore the bustling atmosphere and try local snacks. Then, proceed to Rahat Chocolate Factory to indulge in a delightful assortment of chocolates and sweets.
After lunch, head to Kok-Tobe, a recreational area with amusement park attractions and restaurants. Take a cable car ride to reach the area and enjoy the panoramic views of Almaty. Also, there is a 372-meter-tall TV Tower at the foot of the mountain. The tower can be seen from most parts of the city. Further, have dinner and transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 05 Issyk Lake
Today, after breakfast, depart for Issyk Lake, a picturesque lake surrounded by forests and flower fields. Learn about its geological history and enjoy leisure time by the lake. Then, have lunch and proceed back to your hotel. The remaining day is at ease. Further, have dinner and stay overnight.
Day 06 Departure
Your 6-day Enjoy Almaty with Family Tour ends today. Wake up, have breakfast, and pack your belongings. Then, complete the check-out formalities and get an assisted private vehicle transfer to the airport. Upon reaching the airport, board your flight for your onward destination, marking the end of the tour with remarkable memories.
