Itinerary Details
Day 01: Arrive Sydney

This Australia 8 nights 9 days itinerary begins as you arrive at Sydney Airport. Our tour representative will greet you and arrange a private transfer to Adge Hotel Sydney or a similar hotel. Relax in your room, enjoy an Indian dinner, and stay overnight.

Day 02: Sydney Exploration

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a 4-hour orientation tour of Sydney. Afterwards, enjoy an Indian lunch. You can choose two attractions from Sea Life, Wildlife Sydney, Sydney Tower Eye, or Madame Tussauds. End your day with a Showboat Dinner Cruise at King Street Wharf before returning to your hotel for a restful sleep.

Day 03: Sydney to Brisbane

Wake up early, have breakfast, and check out from your hotel. You will be transferred to Sydney Airport for your flight to Brisbane. On arrival, our representative will take you to Novotel Surfers Paradise or a similar hotel. After a quick rest, visit Movie World. Enjoy an Indian dinner nearby before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 04: Brisbane Tour

Rise and shine early in the morning, munch your meal, and prepare for today’s adventure. This day highlight is a full day at Sea World Adventure. After a quick transfer, enjoy all the attractions. End the day with an Indian dinner before returning to your hotel for a restful sleep.

Day 05: Brisbane to Cairns

Get up early with breakfast and check out from the hotel by 10:00 am. Transfer to Brisbane Airport for your flight to Cairns. Upon arrival, a private transfer will take you to Pacific Hotel Cairns or a similar hotel. After check-in and rest, enjoy the One Way Skyrail for stunning views. Then, have an Indian lunch and embark on a scenic railway ride through lush greenery. End the day with an Indian dinner before heading back to the hotel for a restful sleep.

Day 06: Cairns

On this 6th day of Australia 8 nights 9 days itinerary, enjoy breakfast and get ready for a full-day cruise to Green Island. A local buffet lunch will be served onboard as you enjoy the scenic views. Engage in fun activities like gaming, relaxing, and admiring the surroundings. Later, enjoy an Indian dinner and return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 07: Cairns to Melbourne

On the 7th day, start with breakfast in your room, then check out and transfer to Cairns Airport for your flight to Melbourne. Upon arrival, meet our representative and enjoy a guided city tour. After an Indian lunch, take a one-hour guided tour of MCG Stadium. Later, check in at Oaks on Market Melbourne or a similar hotel, enjoy dinner, and rest for the night.

Day 08: Melbourne

Start your morning with breakfast in your room, then prepare for a full day at Phillip Island. Enjoy adventure, water sports, and a pizza lunch in the afternoon. In the evening, watch the stunning Penguin Parade at sunset. Afterwards, return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 09: Departure

On this last day of your Australia 8 nights package, you will enjoy your breakfast in your hotel and complete the checkout process. Next, you will get a swift transfer to Melbourne Tullamarine Airport for your onward journey.

Tour Manager

  • Tour manager for groups of 20 or more adults travelling together (twin/double sharing basis). The tour manager will assist with ticket collection and coordination at attractions.

  • The cost of the Basic Travel Quota is equivalent to USD 10,000.

Note: 5% TCS (Tax collected at source) on the total cost will be charged extra. The TCS Amount collected shall be reflected in Form 26AS of the person whose PAN is provided, which can be claimed while filing their Income Tax return. We will provide a certificate for the collection. Without submission of the PAN card, 10% of TCS will be applicable. TCS does not apply to GST.

  • Rates are based on two departures per month.
  • Round-trip airport transfers are private (**additional costs will apply for more than one arrival or departure).
  • The above quote is valid for the specified number of passengers travelling together per the minimum slab. The quote will be revised if the number of passengers changes (please provide the exact number of adults and children with their ages). The group rate is based solely on the above itinerary and the specified number of passengers. Any changes to the itinerary will require a rate revision. Reverse costing will not be entertained. The quote is based on the itinerary and point-to-point transfers only.
  • A reservation has yet to be made; please confirm your acceptance before proceeding.
  • The rate is valid for the specified travel duration and number of passengers.
  • The rate is based on the current USD exchange rate; any variation will affect the rate.
  • Convention, conference, and peak season surcharges are extra.
  • All taxes for sightseeing are of the current date. Any future hikes will be charged extra.
  • The above rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • The above is only an offer, not a confirmation of your bookings.
  • Once payment is received, we will proceed with your booking. We will provide equivalent or alternative options if the original hotels are unavailable.
  • Rates are valid until 31st October 2024, except on blackout dates.
  • The exchange rate calculated is @ 01 USD = 84; however, the actual rate will be applicable on the day the entire USD payment is made.
  • Surcharges will apply during New Year, Christmas, fairs, and festivals.
  • No amendments can be made for passengers already on the ground.
  • Special requests such as early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability upon arrival and are at the hotel's discretion.
  • Bedding or bed type is subject to availability at check-in. We can only pass remarks to the hotel.
  • Only honeymoon freebies will be provided if confirmed in writing by the hotel.
  • Children under 5 must be shared, as some hotels charge for an extra bed for children above 5.
  • Refunds will only be provided for unutilised services or no-shows.
  • The Tour Operator reserves the right to modify itineraries and/or substitute hotels of a reasonably similar quality when available should circumstances beyond our control deem it necessary.
  • Domestic flights and trains are booked according to availability. If a flight or train is cancelled or no tickets are available at the time of booking, the itinerary will be modified according to the timetable.
  • Minimum of 15 pax required for buffet breakfast (in some hotels). Less than 15 pax will be on plated breakfast.
  • Cost is subject to change if the arrival/departure airport is different than mentioned in the itinerary and number of hours mentioned per day 
  • Cost will increase if dinner transfers are required where dinner by walk is mentioned
  • The exchange rate calculated is @ 01 AUD = 56; however, the actual rate will be applicable on the day the entire AUD payment is made.

Please Note

As per Govt rules, 5% TCS (Tax collected at source) will be applicable on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and @20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 7 Lakhs in the same financial year.

  • TCS is neither a cost nor an additional tax. It can be fully adjusted against income tax liability, and any excess can be refunded.
  • TCS credit would automatically reflect in your Form 26AS on a quarterly basis of the person of which PAN is provided.
  • TCS can be fully adjusted against the income tax payable on any other income, such as interest, rent, capital gains, etc.
  • If no income tax is payable, you can claim the TCS refund when filing your IT return.
  • TCS, once collected, cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation/modification. You can claim the TCS amount as an adjustment against Income Tax payable when filing the income return.

Cancellation 

  • Written notification is required for cancellations.
  • Cancellation charges:
    • 25% if cancelled 21 days before.
    • 50% for 15-20 days before.
    • 70% for 8-14 days before.
    • 100% for 7 days or less/no-show.

Payment Terms

  • 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
  • The balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the start date
  • Full payment is required for late bookings/peak season.
  • Additional payments need to be made as per supplier deadlines.
