Itinerary Details
Day 01: Arrive Sydney

This Australia tour begins as you land at the Sydney Airport. Once you arrive, you will meet with our representative who will assist you with a private transfer to Adge Hotel Sydney/similar. Later, you will have an Indian dinner with a transfer.

Day 02: Sydney Exploration

On the 2nd day of your tour, you will explore this city's major attractions and landmarks with a guide. After that, you will head to Merlin, where you can choose two from Sealife, Wildlife, Sydney Tower, or Madame Tussauds. Later, you will get back to King Street Wharf for Showboat Dinner Cruise with standard seating. Afterwards, move to your hotel to get a sound night's sleep.

Day 03: Blue Mountains Adventure

This third day of your Australia 7 nights package introduces the thrill to your holiday. After breakfast in your room, you will be ready to explore the Blue Mountains for a full day. Day 04: Brisbane Arrival

After that, get admission to Movie World Theme Park to enjoy fun-filled rides with Maxi Meal Voucher. Day 05: Sea World Experience

Day 06: Cairns Journey

Enjoy your morning meal, check out from your hotel, and drive to Brisbane Airport to catch your flight to Cairns. After landing at the airport, get a drive to One Way Skyrail to enjoy the stunning panoramic views. After that, you will take a train ride by taking admission to the famous One Way Scenic Railway. Give yourself a break with Indian Lunch, then transfer to Pacific Hotel Cairns/ similar. Rest and straighten your back, then have dinner and enjoy your overnight stay.

Day 07: Green Island Excursion

On this seventh day of your Australia tour, you will enjoy a cruise ride. Wake up early, eat your meal, and be ready for a Full-day Big Cat Cruise to Green Island. Today, you will enjoy a local buffet lunch and a semi-submersible tour. In the evening, you will return for an Indian Dinner and then head to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 08: Departure from Cairns

Tour Manager

  • Tour manager for groups of 20 or more adults travelling together (twin/double sharing basis). The tour manager will assist with ticket collection and coordination at attractions.

  • The tour cost excludes POE, porterage, and passport charges.

  • GST and 5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source).

Note: 5% TCS (Tax collected at source) on the total cost will be charged extra. The TCS Amount collected shall be reflected in Form 26AS of the person whose PAN is provided, which can be claimed while filing their Income Tax return. We will provide a certificate for the collection. Without submission of the PAN card, 10% of TCS will be applicable. TCS does not apply to GST. 

Special Note:
  • A minimum of 15 pax is required for buffet breakfast (in some hotels), and less than 15 pax will be served plated breakfast.
  • The cost is subject to change if the arrival/departure airport differs from the one mentioned in the itinerary and the number of hours mentioned per day.
  • The cost will increase if dinner transfers are required where dinner by walk is mentioned.
  • Rate and availability are subject to change when booking, as no rooms are on hold.
  • Kindly advise once dates are finalised, as there might be a block-out period during some travel dates due to events or the peak holiday period.
  • Rates are based on two departures per month.
  • Round-trip airport transfers are private (**additional costs will apply for more than one arrival or departure).
  • The above quote is valid for the specified number of passengers travelling together per the minimum slab. The quote will be revised if the number of passengers changes (please provide the exact number of adults and children with their ages). The group rate is based solely on the above itinerary and the specified number of passengers. Any changes to the itinerary will require a rate revision. Reverse costing will not be entertained. The quote is based on the itinerary and point-to-point transfers only.
  • A reservation has yet to be made; please confirm your acceptance before proceeding.
  • The rate is valid for the specified travel duration and number of passengers.
  • The rate is based on the current AUD exchange rate; any variation will affect the rate.
  • Convention, conference, and peak season surcharges are extra.
  • All taxes and sightseeing are as of the current date. Any future hikes will be charged extra.

  • Once payment is received, we will proceed with your booking. We will provide equivalent or alternative options if the original hotels are unavailable.
  • Rates are valid until 31st October 2024, except on blackout dates.
  • The exchange rate calculated is @ 01 AUD = 56; however, the actual rate will be applicable on the day the entire AUD payment is made.
  • Surcharges will apply during New Year, Christmas, fairs, and festivals.
  • No amendments can be made for passengers already on the ground.
  • Special requests such as early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability upon arrival and are at the hotel's discretion.
  • Bedding or bed type is subject to availability at check-in. We can only pass remarks to the hotel.
  • No honeymoon freebies will be provided unless confirmed in writing by the hotel.
  • Children under 5 must be shared, as some hotels charge for an extra bed for children above 5.

Please Note

As per Govt rules, 5% TCS (Tax collected at source) will be applicable on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and @20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 7 Lakhs in the same financial year.

  • TCS is neither a cost nor an additional tax. It can be fully adjusted against income tax liability, and any excess can be refunded.
  • TCS credit would automatically reflect in your Form 26AS on a quarterly basis of the person of which PAN is provided.
  • TCS can be fully adjusted against the income tax payable on any other income, such as interest, rent, capital gains, etc.
  • If no income tax is payable, you can claim the TCS refund when filing your IT return.

TCS, once collected, cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation/modification. You can claim the TCS amount as an adjustment against Income Tax payable when filing the income return.

Cancellation 

  • Written notification is required for cancellations.
  • Cancellation charges:
    • 25% if cancelled 21 days before.
    • 50% for 15-20 days before.
    • 70% for 8-14 days before.
    • 100% for 7 days or less/no-show.

Payment Terms

  • 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
  • The balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the start date
  • Full payment is required for late bookings/peak season.
  • Additional payments need to be made as per supplier deadlines.
