Itinerary Details
Day 01: Arrival in Mexico City

Arrive at Mexico City International Airport, meet our representative and get a private transfer to your pre-listed hotel. Upon reaching the hotel, complete the check-in procedure and unwind. The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore or rest. In the evening, gather for a welcome dinner at Maza Bistrot, where you'll enjoy delicious local cuisine. Further, an overnight stay at the hotel in Mexico.

Day 02: Basilica of Guadalupe & Teotihuacan Pyramids

Today, have your morning meal and proceed for a guided tour of the Basilica of Guadalupe, an important pilgrimage site for Catholics. Then, continue to the magnificent Teotihuacan Pyramids, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Climb the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon and explore the Citadel and the Temple of Quetzalcoatl. Afterwards, return to your hotel and enjoy dinner at the Taj Mahal. An overnight stay in Mexico.

Day 03: Mexico City Tour & Transfer to Merida

Post breakfast, day three of the Mexico 6 nights 7 days tour is reserved for the Mexico City Tour. You’ll visit famous landmarks like the Zocalo, Metropolitan Cathedral, and Diego Rivera's murals at the Government Palace. Next, take Reforma Avenue's sights and visit the National Museum of Anthropology. Later, get a private transfer to the Mexico International Airport for your flight to Merida. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and relax. Further, have dinner at Mora and an overnight stay in Merida.

Day 04: Uxmal & Kabah Archaeological Sites

On day four of the 7-day Mexico tour, after breakfast, head out for a guided excursion to the ancient city of Uxmal, known for its limestone architecture and intricate designs. Next, visit Kabah, home to the famous Palace of Masks with its numerous carvings of the rain god, Chac-Mool. After an eventful day, retreat to Merida and halt for dinner at Curry & Kabab. An overnight stay at the hotel in Merida.

Day 05: Merida – Chichen Itza – Cancun

After breakfast, complete the check-out formalities and depart for Chichen Itza, one of the significant Mayan sites in Mexico. Here, marvel at iconic structures like the Pyramid of Kukulkan, the Ball Court, and the Temple of the Warriors. In the afternoon, enjoy lunch before boarding a bus to Cancun. Once arriving at Cancun, complete the check-in formalities and unwind. The rest of the day is at ease; you can stroll through the adjacent area or laze around in your hotel room. An overnight stay at the hotel in Cancun.

Day 06: Cancun (Day at Leisure)

Start your day with breakfast, and then spend the rest of the day leisurely. You can choose to relax on the beautiful beaches of Cancun or explore the local area at your own pace. Enjoy the sun, sea, and vibrant nightlife that Cancun offers. Further, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 07: Departure

Your 6-night, 7-day Mexico itinerary concludes today. Wake up, have breakfast, and pack your belongings to complete the check-out formalities from the hotel. Next, you’ll get a private transfer to the Cancun International Airport to board your flight for your onward destination.

  • Cost of excursions, water sports, city sightseeing, entrance fees, and local guides other than those mentioned in 'Package Inclusions'.
  • GST and 5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source).

Note:5% TCS (Tax collected at source) on the total cost will be charged extra. The TCS Amount collected shall be reflected in Form 26AS of the person whose PAN is provided, which can be claimed while filing their Income Tax return. We will provide a certificate for the collection. Without submission of the PAN card, 10% of TCS will be applicable. TCS does not apply to GST.

  • Rates are based on two departures per month.
  • Round-trip airport transfers are private (**additional costs will apply for more than one arrival or departure).
  • The above quote is valid for the specified number of passengers travelling together per the minimum slab. The quote will be revised if the number of passengers changes (please provide the exact number of adults and children with their ages). The group rate is based solely on the above itinerary and the specified number of passengers. Any changes to the itinerary will require a rate revision. Reverse costing will not be entertained. The quote is based on the itinerary, and point-to-point transfers only.

  • The rate is valid for the specified travel duration and number of passengers.
  • The rate is based on the current USD exchange rate; any variation will affect the rate.
  • Convention, conference, and peak season surcharges are extra.
  • All taxes for sightseeing are of the current date. Any future hikes will be charged extra.

  • Once payment is received, we will proceed with your booking. We will provide equivalent or alternative options if the original hotels are unavailable.
  • Rates are valid until 31st October 2024, except on blackout dates.
  • The exchange rate calculated is @ 01 USD = 84; however, the actual rate will be applicable on the day the entire USD payment is made.
  • Price for each airline tickets INR 15000/- approx. Mexico - Merida per person (not included), one luggage of 23 kgs and one carry bag of 10 kgs included).
  • Surcharges will apply during New Year, Christmas, fairs, and festivals.
  • No amendments can be made for passengers already on the ground.
  • Special requests such as early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability upon arrival and are at the hotel's discretion.
  • Bedding or bed type is subject to availability at check-in. We can only pass remarks to the hotel.
  • No honeymoon freebies will be provided unless confirmed in writing by the hotel.
  • Child age must be shared, as some hotels charge for an extra bed for children above 5 years old.

Please Note:

As per Govt rules, 5% TCS (Tax collected at source) will be applicable on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and @20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 7 Lakhs in the same financial year.

  • TCS is neither a cost nor an additional tax. It can be fully adjusted against income tax liability, and any excess can be refunded.
  • TCS credit would automatically reflect in your Form 26AS on a quarterly basis of the person of which PAN is provided.
  • TCS can be fully adjusted against the income tax payable on any other income, such as interest, rent, capital gains, etc.
  • If no income tax is payable, you can claim the TCS refund when filing your IT return.
  • TCS, once collected, cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation/modification. You can claim the TCS amount as an adjustment against Income Tax payable when filing the income return.

Cancellation  

  • Written notification is required for cancellations.
  • Cancellation charges:
    • 25% if cancelled 21 days before.
    • 50% for 15-20 days before.
    • 70% for 8-14 days before.
    • 100% for 7 days or less/no-show.

Payment Terms

  • 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
  • The balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the start date
  • Full payment is required for late bookings/peak season.
  • Additional payments need to be made as per supplier deadlines.
