Itinerary Details
Day 01: Arrival in Tashkent

Your tour starts with your arrival at Tashkent International Airport, where you will meet our airport representative. A swift transfer will take you to your pre-booked hotel. After check-in, head to your room for some rest. In the evening, enjoy leisure time exploring the nearby area. Return to the hotel for dinner and a peaceful overnight stay in Tashkent.

Day 02: Tashkent City Tour

Start your day with breakfast and get ready for a full-day Tashkent city tour. You'll explore the rich history and culture by visiting key landmarks like the Khazrat Imam Complex, Kaffal Shashi Mausoleum, Barak Khan Madrasah, Tillya Sheik Mosque, and the Museum of Islamic Books with the 7th-century Koran of Caliph Othman.

After lunch at a nearby restaurant, continue to Chorsu Bazaar, Tashkent's oldest market. Later, drive past Djuma Mosque and Kukeldash Madrasah. In the evening, visit the Museum of Applied Arts and enjoy panoramic views from the TV Tower. If time allows, see Independence Square, Duke Romanov Mansion, Amir Temur Square, and the Monument of Courage. End your day with an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: Chimgan Mountains & Charvak

Start your day with breakfast before heading out for a thrilling adventure. You'll be transferred to Amirsoy Mountain Resort for a day trip to the Chimgan Mountains. Take a cable car to the peak, soak in the panoramic views, and enjoy a walk in the fresh mountain air. After coming down by cable car, have lunch near the resort.

On your way back to the hotel, stop for photos at Charvak Reservoir, capturing the scenic views of the artificial lake. End your day with dinner and a relaxing overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04: Tashkent to Samarkand by Train & Samarkand City Tour

Start your day with breakfast, check out, and head to the train station for your journey to Samarkand. Upon arrival, a tour representative will transfer you to your hotel. After check-in and rest, begin your city tour, starting with the Gur-Emir Mausoleum, Registan Square, and the stunning Ulugbek, Sherdor, and Tillya Kari Madrasahs.

Enjoy lunch and a short break, then explore the Bibi-Khanum Mosque, Khazrat Khizr Mosque, and the vibrant Siyab Bazaar. End the day at the impressive Shakhi Zinda Complex, famed for its beautiful mosaics and terracotta.

Day 05: Samarkand City Tour & Return to Tashkent

Start your day with breakfast, then head out to explore the remaining gems of Samarkand. Begin with Koni-Ghil village, known for its traditional handicrafts. Visit the Ulugbek Observatory to see the remains of the original sextant, followed by a stop at the Tomb of Saint Daniel, revered by three religions.

After lunch and some rest, continue your tour at the Afrosiyab Museum, which showcases Samarkand’s ancient history. In the evening, take the train back to Tashkent. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and enjoy a farewell dinner before your overnight stay.

Day 06: Departure from Tashkent

On the final day of your Uzbekistan 5 nights 6 days tour package, begin with breakfast in your room or opt for a breakfast box from the hotel. After packing, you will be transferred to Tashkent International Airport for your onward journey.

Note: 5% TCS (Tax collected at source) on the total cost will be charged extra. We will provide a certificate for the collection. Without submission of the PAN card, 10% of TCS will be applicable. TCS does not apply to GST.

  • Return airport transfers are private (**additional costs will apply for more than one arrival or departure).
  • The above quote is valid for the specified number of passengers travelling together per the minimum slab. The quote will be revised if the number of passengers changes (please provide the exact number of adults and children with their ages). The group rate is based solely on the above itinerary and the specified number of passengers. Any changes to the itinerary will require a rate revision. Reverse costing will not be entertained. The quote is based on the itinerary and point-to-point transfers only.
  • A reservation has yet to be made; please confirm your acceptance before proceeding.
  • The rate is valid for the specified travel duration and number of passengers.
  • Convention, conference, and peak season surcharges are extra.

  • The exchange rate calculated is @ 01 USD = 84; however, the actual rate will be applicable on the day the entire USD payment is made.

  • No amendments can be made for passengers already on the ground.
  • Special requests such as early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability upon arrival and are at the hotel's discretion.
  • Bedding or bed type is subject to availability at check-in. We can only pass remarks to the hotel.
  • Only honeymoon freebies will be provided if confirmed in writing by the hotel.
  • Children under 5 must be shared, as some hotels charge for an extra bed for children above 5.
  • Refunds will only be provided for unutilized services or no-shows.
  • The Tour Operator reserves the right to modify itineraries and/or substitute hotels of a reasonably similar quality when available should circumstances beyond our control deem it necessary.
  • Domestic flights and trains are booked according to availability. In case a flight or train is cancelled, or no tickets are available at the time of booking, the itinerary will be modified according to the timetable.
  • CLIMATE: The climate is extremely continental, with cold winters and sweltering summers, ranging from -10º C in January to 42° C in summer. The summers are dry and hot.
  • RECOMMENDED CLOTHING: During the summer, wear light clothing, such as shirts, cotton suits, hats, and comfortable shoes. The high summer temperatures make it very advisable to carry good sunscreen.
  • TIPS: Tipping is a widespread custom for drivers and guides as waiters. 
Please Note:
  • As per Govt rules, 5% TCS (Tax collected at source) will be applicable on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and @20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 7 Lakhs in the same financial year.
  • TCS is neither a cost nor an additional tax. It can be fully adjusted against income tax liability, and any excess can be refunded.
  • TCS credit would automatically reflect in your Form 26AS on a quarterly basis of the person of which PAN is provided.
  • TCS can be fully adjusted against the income tax payable on any other income, such as interest, rent, capital gains, etc.
  • If no income tax is payable, you can claim the TCS refund when filing your IT return.
  • TCS, once collected, cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation/modification. You can claim the TCS amount as an adjustment against Income Tax payable when filing the income return.
Cancellation  
  • Written notification is required for cancellations.
  • Cancellation charges:
    • 25% if cancelled 21 days before.
    • 50% for 15-20 days before.
    • 70% for 8-14 days before.
    • 100% for 7 days or less/no-show.

Payment Terms

  • 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
  • The balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the start date
  • Full payment is required for late bookings/peak season.
  • Additional payments need to be made as per supplier deadlines.
