Itinerary Details

Day 01: Arrival in Krabi

Arrive at the Phuket International Airport and meet our representative, who’ll assist you with a private transfer to your pre-decided hotel in Krabi. Along the way, you can admire the cityscapes. Once reaching the hotel, complete the check-in formalities and unwind. The remaining part of the day is at your leisure; you can stroll through the adjacent area or laze around in your room. Further, have dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02: Krabi 4 Island Tour by Long Tail Boat

Today, start your day with the morning meal and then embark on a full-day adventure to the Krabi 4 Island Tour by Long-Tail Boat (on SIC basis). Here, you’ll visit the four islands: Koh Gai, Koh Poda, Koh Mor and Koh Tup. Later in the afternoon, have lunch (please note that the national park fee is not included in the package), and in the evening, gear up for some water activities, such as snorkelling. After a fun-filled day, return to the hotel in Krabi, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 03: Transfer to Phuket

On day 3 of the Phuket Krabi tour package, have breakfast, complete the check-out procedure, and drive to Phuket by private vehicle. Once arriving at the pre-listed hotel in Phuket, complete the check-in formalities and relax. The day is at ease to spend at your discretion. You can shop at the local markets or savour the local street foods independently. Further, retreat to the hotel at night for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 04: Full-day Phi Phi Island Tour

Your day 4 of the Phuket Krabi itinerary is scheduled for a full-day excursion to Phi Phi Island. Begin your day with breakfast and then head towards Phi Phi Island through Big Boat (on a shared basis). Upon reaching the island, explore the stunning beaches and you can indulge in water sports (excluded) such as snorkelling, rock climbing, shark watching and many more independently.

In the afternoon, have your lunch on board (national park fee excluded). Further, treat yourself to the evening's splendid sunset views from the shoreline. Then, you’ll return to the hotel in Phuket, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 05: Phuket City Tour

This morning, begin your day with breakfast; after that, get ready for a half-day of Phuket city tour. During the tour, you’ll visit the city's key attractions, excluding Big Buddha. After that, the day is free, and you can explore independently or relax. You can enjoy your time at the beaches, where you can try local seafood, partake in water activities or click drool-worthy pictures at the beaches. In the late evening, you can experience the city’s nightlife or simply return to your hotel for dinner and stay overnight.

Day 06: Departure

Your 6-day Phuket and Krabi itinerary concludes here. Start your day with breakfast, then pack your luggage and complete the check-out formalities. Then, you’ll get a private transfer to the Phuket International Airport to catch your flight to your onward destination with cherished memories of the city.

We will provide a certificate for the collection. Without submission of the PAN card, 10% of TCS will be applicable. TCS does not apply to GST.

The above quote is valid for the specified number of passengers travelling together per the minimum slab. The quote will be revised if the number of passengers changes (please provide the exact number of adults and children with their ages). The group rate is based solely on the above itinerary and the specified number of passengers. Any changes to the itinerary will require a rate revision. Reverse costing will not be entertained. The quote is based on the itinerary and point-to-point transfers only.

Surcharges will apply during New Year, Christmas, fairs, and festivals.
No amendments can be made for passengers already on the ground.
Special requests such as early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability upon arrival and are at the hotel's discretion.
Bedding or bed type is subject to availability at check-in. We can only pass remarks to the hotel.
No honeymoon freebies will be provided unless confirmed in writing by the hotel.
Child age must be shared, as some hotels charge for an extra bed for children above 5 years old.

Please Note:

As per Govt rules, 5% TCS (Tax collected at source) will be applicable on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and @20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 7 Lakhs in the same financial year.

TCS is neither a cost nor an additional tax. It can be fully adjusted against income tax liability, and any excess can be refunded.
TCS credit would automatically reflect in your Form 26AS on a quarterly basis of the person of which PAN is provided.
TCS can be fully adjusted against the income tax payable on any other income, such as interest, rent, capital gains, etc.
If no income tax is payable, you can claim the TCS refund when filing your IT return.
TCS, once collected, cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation/modification. You can claim the TCS amount as an adjustment against Income Tax payable when filing the income return.

Cancellation

Written notification is required for cancellations.
Cancellation charges:
- 25% if cancelled 21 days before.
- 50% for 15-20 days before.
- 70% for 8-14 days before.
- 100% for 7 days or less/no-show.

The balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the start date
Full payment is required for late bookings/peak season.
