Itinerary Details
Day 01: Arrival in Muscat

Arrive at the Muscat International Airport, where you’ll meet our representative. Then, you’ll be transferred to the pre-listed hotel, complete the check-in formalities, and freshen up. The remaining part of the day is leisure; you can explore the nearby area or laze around in your room. An overnight stay at the hotel in Muscat.

Day 02: Muscat City Tour

After early breakfast, the day is reserved for a Muscat City Tour.

08:00 am—Visit the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, the largest mosque in Oman and one of the most popular places in Muscat. Then, visit the Bait Al Zubair Museum (except Friday), a brief introduction that traces Oman’s history and development. Drive along the waterfront Corniche, visiting the Fish Market and the colourful Muttrah Souq. Later, proceed for a photo stop at the magnificent Al Alam Palace, the official palace of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos.

Note: The Grand Mosque is open only from Saturday to Thursday from 0800 to 1100 hrs. (the last entry is at 10:30 hrs.)

Day 03: Muscat

Start your day with breakfast, then depart for the Marina for whale and dolphin watching. The amazing Dolphin ride lasts three hours and includes transfer time from the hotel. The group trip takes place daily, with the first trip starting at 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and the second one from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Upon reaching the Marina, embark on a boat and search the seas for Dolphins and Whales. Watching wild dolphins is a thrilling way to start the day, and the lucky may even come across one of the many species of whales that can be found just a few kilometres from Muscat’s rugged coast. After a fun-filled day, retreat to the hotel for an overnight stay in Muscat.

Day 04: Muscat - Wahiba - Muscat

Today, after breakfast, get on an excursion to the Wahiba Sands. This vast undulating red and white sea of dunes rises to 200 meters. It is also home to various flora and fauna. The ever-changing patterns of the dunes are a photographer’s delight. Further, visit a Bedouin house in this wilderness. In stark contrast to this is Wadi Bani Khalid. It comprises small pretty villages embedded in the mountains. The Wadi has clear, deep blue water pools. (It is advisable to wear light, comfortable clothing and walking shoes). Further, return to the hotel in Muscat for an overnight stay.

Day 05: Departure

This is the last day of the Oman 4-night, 5-day itinerary. After breakfast, pack your belongings and complete the check-out formalities. Then, you’ll get a private transfer to the Muscat International Airport to board a flight to your onward destination.

Note: 5% TCS (Tax collected at source) on the total cost will be charged extra. The TCS Amount collected shall be reflected in Form 26AS of the person whose PAN is provided, which can be claimed while filing their Income Tax return. We will provide a certificate for the collection. Without submission of the PAN card, 10% of TCS will be applicable. TCS does not apply to GST.

The group rate is based solely on the above itinerary and the specified number of passengers. Any changes to the itinerary will require a rate revision. Reverse costing will not be entertained. The quote is based on the itinerary, and point-to-point transfers only.

  • Convention, conference, and peak season surcharges are extra.

  • Once payment is received, we will proceed with your booking. We will provide equivalent or alternative options if the original hotels are unavailable.
  • Rates are valid until 31st October 2024, except on blackout dates.
  • The exchange rate calculated is @ 01 USD = 84; however, the actual rate will be applicable on the day the entire USD payment is made.
  • Surcharges will apply during New Year, Christmas, fairs, and festivals.
  • No amendments can be made for passengers already on the ground.
  • Special requests such as early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability upon arrival and are at the hotel's discretion.
  • Bedding or bed type is subject to availability at check-in. We can only pass remarks to the hotel.
  • No honeymoon freebies will be provided unless confirmed in writing by the hotel.
  • Child age must be shared, as some hotels charge for an extra bed for children above 5 years old.

Please Note:

As per Govt rules, 5% TCS (Tax collected at source) will be applicable on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and @20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 7 Lakhs in the same financial year.

  • TCS is neither a cost nor an additional tax. It can be fully adjusted against income tax liability, and any excess can be refunded.
  • TCS credit would automatically reflect in your Form 26AS on a quarterly basis of the person of which PAN is provided.
  • TCS can be fully adjusted against the income tax payable on any other income, such as interest, rent, capital gains, etc.
  • If no income tax is payable, you can claim the TCS refund when filing your IT return.
  • TCS, once collected, cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation/modification. You can claim the TCS amount as an adjustment against Income Tax payable when filing the income return.

Written notification is required for cancellations.

Cancellation charges:

  • 25% if cancelled 21 days before.
  • 50% for 15-20 days before.
  • 70% for 8-14 days before.
  • 100% for 7 days or less/no-show.

Payment Terms

  • 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
  • The balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the start date
  • Full payment is required for late bookings/peak season.
  • Additional payments need to be made as per supplier deadlines.
