Itinerary Details
Day 01: Arrival in Bangkok & Transfer to Pattaya

Arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), where you’ll meet our representative and get an assisted private vehicle transfer to Pattaya. On your way, get a sneak peek of the town. Upon reaching the pre-booked hotel in Pattaya, complete the check-in formalities and unwind. The rest of the day is leisurely for you to spend as you like. You can explore the nearby area or simply relax in your room. Later, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 02: Coral Island Tour

On day 2 of the Bangkok Pattaya tour, have your morning meal and then get ready for an adventure to Coral Island. Upon reaching here, board the speed boat (on a sharing basis), glide through the clear waters, and enjoy a Coral Island tour. Witness the coral reefs and marine life from the glass-bottomed boat, and in the afternoon, have your lunch.

Further, engage yourself in thrilling water activities such as parasailing, water skiing, snorkelling, etc. (water sports cost excluded) The remaining day is yours to decide whether to relax at the beach with sunset views amidst serenity or explore the local nightlife of Pattaya. At night, retreat to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 03: Transfer to Bangkok with City Temple Tour

Today, have breakfast and then complete the checkout formalities. Then, you’ll hit the roads to reach Bangkok in a private vehicle. En route, you’ll get on Bangkok’s iconic temple tour and get insights into Thailand’s culture and heritage. The first halt will be The Marble Temple, which showcases the perfect blend of Thai and European architecture. Then, visit the Golden Buddha Temple, which displays the largest gold Buddha in the world.

Further, stop at the Gems Gallery to shop for exclusive jewellery and local gems. After that, continue driving towards the pre-listed hotel in Bangkok; once reached, check in and relax. Later, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 04: Leisure Day in Bangkok

Day 4 of your Bangkok tour is leisurely. After a relaxing breakfast, you can wander through the streets of Bangkok at your own pace. You can even indulge in optional activities, such as an additional sightseeing tour to offbeat places, trying your hands at traditional Thai dishes, or getting on a shopping spree in local markets and luxurious malls. Further, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 05: Departure

This is the last day of your Bangkok Pattaya 4 nights 5 days itinerary. After breakfast, pack your belongings and complete the check-out formalities. Then, you’ll get a private transfer to the Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to catch your flight for your onward journey.

  • Any personal expenses such as porterage, excess baggage, laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not on our regular menu, mini bar, telephone calls, pay channels, etc.
  • Tips of any nature (e.g., drivers, guides, waiters at the hotel).
  • Cost of excursions, water sports, city sightseeing, entrance fees, and local guides other than those mentioned in 'Package Inclusions'.
  • GST and 5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source).


Note: 5% TCS (Tax collected at source) on the total cost will be charged extra. The TCS Amount collected shall be reflected in Form 26AS of the person whose PAN is provided, which can be claimed while filing their Income Tax return. We will provide a certificate for the collection. Without submission of the PAN card, 10% of TCS will be applicable. TCS does not apply to GST.

  • Rates are based on two departures per month.
  • Round-trip airport transfers are private (**additional costs will apply for more than one arrival or departure).
  • The above quote is valid for the specified number of passengers travelling together per the minimum slab. The quote will be revised if the number of passengers changes (please provide the exact number of adults and children with their ages). The group rate is based solely on the above itinerary and the specified number of passengers. Any changes to the itinerary will require a rate revision. Reverse costing will not be entertained. The quote is based on the itinerary, and point-to-point transfers only.
  • No reservation has been made yet; please confirm your acceptance before proceeding.
  • The rate is valid for the specified travel duration and number of passengers.
  • The rate is based on the current USD exchange rate; any variation will affect the rate.
  • Convention, conference, and peak season surcharges are extra.
  • All taxes for sightseeing are of the current date. Any future hikes will be charged extra.
  • The above rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • The above is only an offer, not a confirmation of your bookings.
  • Once payment is received, we will proceed with your booking. We will provide equivalent or alternative options if the original hotels are unavailable.
  • Rates are valid until 31st October 2024, except on blackout dates.
  • The exchange rate calculated is @ 01 USD = 84; however, the actual rate will be applicable on the day the entire USD payment is made.
  • Surcharges will apply during New Year, Christmas, fairs, and festivals.
  • No amendments can be made for passengers already on the ground.
  • Special requests such as early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability upon arrival and are at the hotel's discretion.
  • Bedding or bed type is subject to availability at check-in. We can only pass remarks to the hotel.
  • No honeymoon freebies will be provided unless confirmed in writing by the hotel.
  • Child age must be shared, as some hotels charge for an extra bed for children above 5 years old.

Please Note:

As per Govt rules, 5% TCS (Tax collected at source) will be applicable on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and @20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 7 Lakhs in the same financial year.

  • TCS is neither a cost nor an additional tax. It can be fully adjusted against income tax liability, and any excess can be refunded.
  • TCS credit would automatically reflect in your Form 26AS on a quarterly basis of the person of which PAN is provided.
  • TCS can be fully adjusted against the income tax payable on any other income, such as interest, rent, capital gains, etc.
  • If no income tax is payable, you can claim the TCS refund when filing your IT return.
  • TCS, once collected, cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation/modification. You can claim the TCS amount as an adjustment against Income Tax payable when filing the income return.

Cancellation  

  • Written notification is required for cancellations.
  • Cancellation charges:
    • 25% if cancelled 21 days before.
    • 50% for 15-20 days before.
    • 70% for 8-14 days before.
    • 100% for 7 days or less/no-show.

Payment Terms

  • 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
  • The balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the start date.
  • Full payment is required for late bookings/peak season.
  • Additional payments need to be made as per supplier deadlines.
