Itinerary Details
Day 01: Arrival in Baku

Arrive at the Heydar Aliyev Airport, where you’ll meet our representative. Then, you’ll get a private transfer to your pre-booked hotel in Baku. Upon reaching, complete the check-in formalities and relax. In the evening, get ready for a night tour of Baku city, exploring the capital's beautifully lit streets and landmarks.

Day 02: Baku City Exploration

Today, have your breakfast and then get ready for a Baku city tour.

10:00: Begin your city tour with a visit to Highland Park, offering panoramic views of the city and the Caspian Sea. Then, visit Flame Towers, the tallest skyscrapers in Baku and Baku Crystal Hall, an indoor arena near National Flag Square. Further, walk through Baku Boulevard, a scenic promenade along the Caspian Sea.

01:00 pm - Lunch (Not Included).

02:00 pm - Explore the Old City (Icheri Sheher), the historical core of Baku, including the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and the Maiden Tower, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

05:30 pm - Return to the hotel.

08:00 pm - Dinner (Not Included).

Day 03: Day trip to Gabala

On day 3 of the Azerbaijan, 4 nights 5 days package, have your breakfast, and then the day is fixed for a day trip to Gabala.

10:00 am - Depart for Gabala, the ancient capital of Caucasian Albania, rich in history and archaeological significance.

12:00 pm - Visit Nohur Lake, a peaceful and scenic spot for relaxation and photography.

01:00 pm - Lunch (Not Included).

02:00 pm - Head to Tufan Dag for a thrilling cable car ride, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

05:00 pm - Optional visit to a shooting range (Additional cost).

06:00 pm - Return to Baku.

08:00 pm - Dinner (Not Included).

Day 04: Cultural and Historical Excursions

Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel, then hit the roads for cultural and historical excursions.

10:00 am - Visit Yanardag, the "Burning Mountain," where natural gas flames continuously burn on the hillside.

Then, visit Ateshgah Fire Temple: Explore Ateshgah, the Zoroastrian fire temple known for its historical and religious significance.

02:00 pm - Lunch (Not Included).

Day 05: Departure

This is the last day of the Azerbaijan 4 nights, 5 days travel package. Start your day with the morning meal at the hotel and then pack your belongings to complete the check-out formalities from the hotel. Further, you’ll get transferred to Heydar Aliyev Airport to board the flight for your onward journey.

  • Special requests such as early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability upon arrival and are at the hotel's discretion.
  • Bedding or bed type is subject to availability at check-in. We can only pass remarks to the hotel.
  • No honeymoon freebies will be provided unless confirmed in writing by the hotel.
  • Child age must be shared, as some hotels charge for an extra bed for children above 5 years old.
  • No refund will be provided for unutilised services or no-shows.
  • The Tour Operator reserves the right to modify itineraries and/or substitute hotels of a reasonably similar quality when available should circumstances beyond our control deem it necessary.
  • Domestic flights and trains are booked according to availability. If a flight or train is cancelled or no tickets are available at the time of booking, the itinerary will be modified according to the timetable.

Please Note:

As per Govt rules, 5% TCS (Tax collected at source) will be applicable on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and @20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 7 Lakhs in the same financial year.

  • TCS is neither a cost nor an additional tax. It can be fully adjusted against income tax liability, and any excess can be refunded.
  • TCS credit would automatically reflect in your Form 26AS on a quarterly basis of the person of which PAN is provided.
  • TCS can be fully adjusted against the income tax payable on any other income, such as interest, rent, capital gains, etc.
  • If no income tax is payable, you can claim the TCS refund when filing your IT return.
  • TCS, once collected, cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation/modification. You can claim the TCS amount as an adjustment against Income Tax payable when filing the income return.

  • 25% if cancelled 21 days before.
  • 50% for 15-20 days before.
  • 70% for 8-14 days before.
  • 100% for 7 days or less/no-show.

  • The balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the start date
  • Full payment is required for late bookings/peak season.
