Constructed around a tropical garden court decorated with wide arches on all four sides. The Rani Mahal rooms offer windows and balconies with striking views while the central rooms are separated by arches, the corner rooms run into octagonal turrets with tiny windows. The terrace of the Rani Mahal offers great countryside sceneries.
MARDANA MAHAL
The Mardana rooms at Tijara Fort-Palace are constructed around a large garden court enclosed on three sides by magnificent arcade and halls. These had never been developed and large rocks were hand-chiseled to form straight living spaces. The thick walls were intruded to make decks with views of the bio kitchen gardens and the farmland. Tijara Fort-Palace boasts each room with two or three square rooms connected with wide arches whereas some garden rooms are at two levels.
DEEWAR MAHAL
The rock hard wide walls which would have shielded the Mardana Mahal palaces in times of war, now form the base of a sequence of Deewar Mahal and Tope Mahal rooms from the rooftops of which the canons would have been fired. These rooms look out towards the large gardens and the pool and are conveniently located between both the grand palace complexes. Deewar mahal is the right choice for the guest those who do not want to walk along, Deewar mahal is located near to the Kaanch Mahal dining area.
TOPE MAHAL
