The restaurant at the resort called Muthumuni Ayurveda Resort, serves meals according to the Sri Lanka tradition which gets better with the passage in time. The guests are treated to a fine dining experience here with the finest Ayurvedic Sri Lankan Cuisine amidst amicable surroundings. Located on the ground floor of the main house, the restaurant provides a spectacular view of the swimming pool and a lovely garden.
Treatments
The herbal treatments here are meant to pamper the senses and mind. The holistic process of treatment followed here ensures that the guests’ experience perfect mind, body and soul balance, while boosting the immune system and bringing about inner peace. The treatments here are recommended on a day-to-day basis, with custom-designed therapies offered to guests according to their specific requirements. Other than this, a purification beauty program combined with a weight loss diet of three to four treatments is also available.
The various kinds of services available here include herbal massages and herbal baths along with other massages. Other than these, the Yoga center also conducts yoga classes daily in the mornings for guests at both beginner and advanced levels. The integration of Yoga and Ayurveda lessons helps the guests to learn how to use the asanas to balance their doshas. Meditation is also taught to those who are beginners.
