Life Ayurveda Resort offers its guests an opportunity to experience life in all its beauty while pampering the body in the best possible manner. A typical Sri Lankan style Ayurveda establishment, it’s located on the south-west coast amidst perfect serenity. The resort is located 60km from the international airport and 35km from the capital city of New Delhi.
Surrounded by a lush coconut palm garden, the Ayurveda center consists of two main buildings. The lush garden is an oasis of serenity, allowing the guests to be at one with themselves.

The restaurant at Life Ayurveda Resort takes special care of its guests as far as diet is concerned. Special Ayurvedic cuisine meals (purely vegetarian) with herbal drinks for guests are served on doctor’s recommendation. However, no alcohol or any other kind of intoxicating drink is served.
Treatments
At the Life Ayurveda Resort, the selection and frequency of treatment is customized to suit the specific needs of an individual guest by the Chief Doctor. The program is a combination of specific Ayurveda treatment, herbal medicines and Ayurveda diet, as prescribed by the doctors. The various programs here aim to bring about a balance in the three Dosas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha), as well as the maintenance of an ideal bodyweight. Along with the various Ayurveda treatments, visitors are also given the benefits of Yoga and meditation.
Upon the completion of the course, all guests are treated to a flower bath (Pushpa Avagahana). The treatment is extremely effective against several chronic illnesses and psychological problems. The Ayurveda Center has been designed and caters exclusively to in house guests while offering ancient, time-tested health rejuvenation secrets to reinvigorate you internally using all-natural and simple methods. After an examination by an Ayurveda doctor, the guest is prescribed his course of treatment, diet and therapy according to his specific needs. This resort beautifully combines a tropical beach holiday with an Ayurveda wellness program.
The various kinds of therapies available at the resort include Kshira Dhara, Marma Therapy, Flower Bath, Herbal Steam Bath, Pada Abyanga (Foot Therapy), Lepa, Pichu, Udwarthana (Herbal Powder Massage), Pinda Sweda (Milk Rice Pack Fermentation) And Nawarakizhi, besides others.
