Cleansing & Rejuvenation (Panchakarma Chikitsa)
Inspired from the early texts of Ayurveda, Panchakarma is an intensive cleansing treatment. It comprises of five actions namely, Virechana (purgation), Vamana (induced vomiting), Nasya (nasal medication) and Kashaya Vasti and Sneha Vasti (two kinds of medicated enemas). A preparatory phase before the Panchakarma is called as Poorvakarma. During this stage, toxins are eliminated from the body through Snehanam and Swedanam. Once done with this, the doctor prescribes one or more of the 5 Panchakarma cleansing procedures depending on the patient's condition. The final stage of treatment is Samana or Paschatkarma. It involves corrective measures through medicines, moderate therapeutic treatments, appropriate diet and activities for the body and mind.

Anti-stress (Manashanthi Chikitsa)
The anti-stress treatment aims at helping you attain mental peace. It further aids in combating the symptoms of insomnia, stress, lack of concentration, headaches and fatigue. This in return, improves your mental health. The treatment is conducted in the three stages, Poorvakarma- preparatory phase, Shodana – cleansing or eliminating phase and finally Samana - corrective and rejuvenation phase.
During the first stage, the body is prepared for removing toxins. Thereafter, doctor suggests the panchakrma treatment. These two stages of treatment stabilize the imbalances in the doshas. The third and final stage of treatment is Samana or Paschatkarma where the body is slowly brought out of the intense cleansing and elimination stage. Moderate therapeutic treatments, corrective medicines, appropriate diet and yoga are involved to rejuvenate the body.

Weight Management (Sthoulyaghna Chikitsa)
The weight management treatment boosts metabolism which helps in increasing the body's energy level. It hinders the process of fat accumulation in the body. In the end, the body is purified by eliminating excess cellulite deposits. The therapy works wonder in preventing the body from disease.

Treatment for healthy ageing (Rasayana Chikitsa)
A boon for those who lack vitality and have low immune system, the Rasayana Chikitsa rejuvenates and regenerates tissues. Moreover, the treatment boosts of immune system and mental well-being. The therapy helps the patient get back to normalcy. It also aids a normal person to cherish increased immunity, vitality and intellect. A two-week process of cleansing marks the beginning of the process and eliminates toxins. Later on, the rejuvenation treatments start along with the specific medicines and diet. The treatment protects the individuals from diseases even in the future. During the first stage, the body is prepared for removing toxins through making the body unctuous or oily internally and externally and also through therapeutic sweating. Afterward, appropriate Panchakarma techniques are applied. This is done to stabilize the doshas.
