Overview

Hotel Grace Cottage is located on Old Chari road near Kotwali Bazaar in Dharamshala. This is a 200 years old Heritage Hotel of India. Hotel can be reached from Gaggal Airport which is about 10 km away or from Railway station 120 km away at Pathankot followed by 3 hours on road drive.

The cottage originally was the house of Mehr Chand Mahajan, the first Chief Justice of India.  From 2003, it started its operation as a full-fledged hotel. The hotel is a pretty red building surrounded by beautiful pine trees. The antique heritage objects like - chests, lamp holders, photo frames, vases, drawers, furniture and even the door frames are still well maintained at their places.

The Cottage has a meditation room with a well-qualified trainer who takes professional classes for the guests. At your comfort hotel provides Nature cure therapy, doctor and beautician on call, parking facility and on request trekking expeditions and facilities.

The attached balcony opens to beautiful Dhauladhar ranges of Himalayas. The room windows let the cool breeze inside through hill trees. The fully furnished attached bathroom has walk-in shower, geyser, cotton towels, hair dryer, round the clock running hot and cold water facility and all essential bathroom amenities.
