    The Exotica Beach Resort offers some 20 cottages. The path taking you to the cottage is very enthralling and makes you feel good. The Konkan belt is infamous for its bad power supply but the cottages have a very sturdy power back up. The rooms are comfortable with AC, king- sized beds, hot tap water and a huge TV. The rooms have wooden flooring and a small wooden balcony sort outside giving a mind – boggling view of the green surroundings. Your stay will include buffet breakfast and dinner.

    The architecture of the cottages is such that it brings the resident close to the nature. One can hear the falling of the rain- drops and the splashing of the waves. The staff of the resort is amiable and very cooperative. They go out of their way to make your trips memorable and also arrange for picnics.

The restaurant is quite spacious accommodating thirty to forty people at the same time. The cuisines offered are Indian and Chinese.
