The regality and magnificence of Jodhpur charmed our beloved guests immensely. Witnessing the Umaid Bhawan Palace, a symbol of opulence and marvelous architecture, was a thrilling experience for them.
Jaisalmer, with its age-old havelis and attractions, provided an experience like no other. They were transported back to the days of Maharajas when they came across historical monuments like Bada Bagh and Patwaon ki Haveli. The highlight of this visit, however, was a bumpy camel ride on the fabulous sand dunes here.
Visiting Bikaner, with its numerous forts and palaces, was just like revisiting history all over again. One sensed the glories of the past ages.
The sights and sounds of Jaipur really took them in. From the majestic Amber Fort which exudes magnificence to the elegant Birla Mandir, the family cherished every moment of their stay here.
In Agra, this wonderful family captured some lovely memories at the Taj Mahal, one which would be cherished by them for a lifetime.
The architectural finesse adorning the Mughal-era monuments stooped them in their tracks.
If the wonders of the Taj Mahal left them overwhelmed, then the ghats of Varanasi provided them a unique perspective about Indian customs, cultural traditions and the like. They thoroughly enjoyed the boating trip on the holy Ganga River. Their tour finally came to a halt at Mumbai, with the family relaxing at a hotel before their flight back.
