Sunburn Festival, Goa is India’s’ most awaited international electronic dance and music event. Every year Goa comes to life with energetic people partying hard to the beats of music performed by international names.
Organized by Percept, the Entertainment, Media and Communications Company, this event is among the most attended events for party lovers. Going a little back, it was 2007, when the first Sunburn Festival was held in Goa.
With 2020, its 13th year, the festival is all set to keep you hooked with amazing music and entertainment. This year Sunburn has gone bigger as it is back to Goa after 3 years of wait.
The 4 days of entertainment extravaganza will leave you spellbound and mesmerized with its vibes. The venue for this event is the beautiful Vagator Beach.
What is it all about?
It is all about some great performances, lip-smacking food, non-stop entertainment, and good shopping options.
All the performances during this festival are nationally and internationally renowned artists such as Pete Tong, Josh Wink, Andrew Rayel, Afrojack, Markus Schulz, Goldfish, Jalebee Crater and Shaan. And this is not it!
You get to participate in different activities including mechanical bull riding, rock climbing, spa treatments, fire juggling, massages, football and much more. The festival is celebrated throughout the year at different places across the country.

Tickets
Tickets can be booked online via the official website of Sunburn. Tickets cost around Rs. 9520 to 12000 for general entry and Rs. 15000 to 18500 for VIP entry. You can collect your tickets from the ticket booths which are present near the event entry gates.
At these ticket booths, you need to show ID proof, print out of the confirmation mail and credit/debit card through which tickets were booked. After verification, you get your entry tickets and wrist bands.

Markets
While you are at the Sunburn Festival, you can visit Anjuna beach where a flea market is held every Wednesday. This flea market is very popular among tourists and you can find here some good and interesting stuff.
Also, there is a flea market held Saturday night in Arpora. This market deserves a must-visit as it is organized by a German since the early nineties. It is known as the largest and most vibrant market in North Goa.
Chapora fort
This place is a must-visit for those who wish to get the best sunset view. The place is known to have ruins of an Old Portuguese fort.
Ozran beach
Also known as Little Vagator, this beach gives a beautiful view and is the best place if you wish to spend some good time.
