Apart from this, the road from Manali to Rohtang Pass is closed for now along with the road from Rohtang Pass to Keylong. Also, you will not be able to access the road to Leh Ladakh ahead of Keylong via Baralacha La as it is closed as well.

Uttarakhand

Also, registration is mandatory for all inbound persons by all modes of transportation on the Smart City web portal of Dehradun before travelling. The gates of Char Dham will be opened in a symbolic form and COVID-19 protocols will be strictly followed. However, no devotees will be allowed on the Chardham Yatra.

If not, tourists can get themselves tested in the state but it has to be ensured by hotels and homestay owners. It is also not compulsory to apply for a Travel Card, but tourists are recommended to book those health and safety compliant accommodations units and transport services.
Tourists need to fill in the details available under the tab for tourists at Sikkim’s tourism portal – https://sikkimtourism.gov.in. Travelcard can be downloaded after filling the sections and is required to be shown at the Rangpo/Melli entry points.
The Travel Card must be will the tourist at all times and can be helpful in certification by enforcement officers. However, it must be updated by the tourist themselves or the hotels/tour operators on a day to day basis during their stay in Sikkim. All the other ‘new normal’ like wearing a face mask and maintaining social distancing must be followed. Also, non-updation of travel card will be considered a violation.
