Detailed Itinerary
Day
01 :
 On day 01 of your Culinary Tour in Kerala, arrive at Cochin and get greeted
by the tour operator. Transfer to hotel. In the evening go on a boat cruise of
the Cochin Harbor. Day 02 : Day 02 of the Culinary Tour in Kerala
begins with a stroll through the local spice and fish markets. In the afternoon
enjoy the Indian and Kerala cuisine. After the lunch experience the hands on cooking
demonstration especially the seafood.
Day 03: After taking breakfast
head for the spice village resort on day 03 of the Culinary Tour in Kerala. In
the afternoon, enjoy the boat safari on the Periyar Lake. After which, return
to the Spice Village for a live cooking demonstration using fresh spices.
Day 04 : On day 04, go on a tour of Spice Village and get introduced to the regional
spices by the hotel staff. In the afternoon, the chef gives you hands on lessons
in cooking with the use of fresh spices.
Day 05: On day 05 of the
Culinary Tour in Kerala, head to the airport/railway station for the onward journey
or you can also extend your tour by availing on to any of the attractive tour
